gather all the necessary documents of course, take ielts (including spouse), and wait for the announcement of CIC on the designated org who will do the assessment.

Hi, I sent a scanned copy of my Transcript and Diploma for both Bachelor and Masters degree. the organization is CMA-Ontario. It is not the official one but I did it for two things: 1. it is free 2. to check what are the subjects I need to take up once i decide to pursue such designation.

Hi Ellen, A friend of mine went through annulment case. What she did is, she declared his husband but annotated that he will not be going with them since there is an ongoing annulment case. Maybe you can do the same. not being able to declare everything will hold you misrepresenting. TA Gwyne
