I don't know how Inland works as my husband application is thru Outland but I assume your application is finalized as your husband has already landed. As far as I know once it's finalized you have to submit a new application for the non-accompanying child to sponsor to Canada.

You'll now have to do an outland application.

I've read back your posts. Please get your husband's son medical done. If you don't include your husband's son medical in your application, he will never be able to be sponsored by your husband in the future.
