I am an FSW Outland candidate. When I called, the agent told me that they would need a UCI number to retrieve me . As I am an outland candidate I will have to contact local VO for the info.

You can mention that you did not travel to Denmark and you don't recall making in any mention of Denmark travel in the application. In case you inadvertently mentioned it anywhere it was mistake. As others mentioned, you can send them copy of all the pages of your passport.

Yes I learnt it the had way. Going by the trend, I thought PPR is on my way the next day after BG status was updated :)

From what I heard, 1. yes, it is via e-mail 2. No you don't see any change until CoPR is issued.

I called up CIC and a lady responded that she can only access information if I applied from inside Canada.
