record is mine. 437 days in process ( as of Today May 1st 2019 ) and yet no decision . My spouse and I are both on implied status and my work permit expired yesterday. That means NO HEALTH INSURANCE , NO EMERGENCY TRIP OUT OF COUNTRY AND MUCH MORE RESTRICTION. Thanks to IRCC.

Make the process way faster in the Back ground check stage as for us as an Iranian there is no diplomatic channel in Iran to verify your education, work etc. So being in Canada especially if that happen since the age of 18 or even earlier is a bonus.
