Got the email...checked the application....no bar or anything like that! This email seems like a worse form of "ghost update" which did make us excited for a sec; but actually nothing has really changed in the profile. Probably need to wait for some more time...we're really losing it over this...

As far as I've read and noticed, "Met" and "Recommended Passed" have the same meaning: that the case analyst has declared it "Okay" but it's still pending to be finally reviewed by the case officer. Once it's finalized by the CO, it changes to "Passed" which is the ultimate step for Eligibility...

I don't know about GCMS buddy but I applied through Government of Canada's official website and received exactly 31 days after the request date. You can try contacting GCMS buddy and ask how long does it usually take.

Exactly!! I was thinking the same thing! lol If IRCC is doing this just to reduce the number of calls, it's not gonna help either side! But if there's really a specific progression feature for each application, then it would be beneficial for both IRCC as well as the applicants.

You'll receive it shortly. They're sending to all the applicants. But it certainly won't be as exciting as the PPR email lol :p I hope we all get that one soon too...
