    Hope this strike won't affect our office. I don't know if they from the same union or not. My ECAS has showing in process for 2 months. My work permet is almost expired. Finger cross....PPRs rain soon. Cannot afford any bad news.

    "Posted processing times for both temporary and permanent resident visa applications do not take into account work stoppages." Does this mean the ones who has " in process" in ECAS will not be affacted? Thanks.

    The new update from CIC says that the walk out of office in both Canada and overseas. “Posted processing times for both temporary and permanent resident visa applications do not take into account work stoppages.” Does this mean the ones who already has "in process" in ECAS will not be affacted...
