you are may be the applicant and your wife is the sponsor ryt? if so, and if your wife has canadian citizen children, you dont need to include them in your application and if you have children of your own, then you have to include them as dependents

there are no any appeal case done in any other country but all are done in canada

no need to wait till your husband received his copy of refusal letter, you can scan your letter & send him & ask him to download the appeal form and appeal now then you can save your time

my husband is a canadian citizen for more that 26 years but they dont care about the citizenship and we are waiting here for more than 4 years for now bcoz of many many confusions came along with my sponsorship... thats my hard luck i think... but doesnt matter whether they are canadians or not...

like gsize said most of the appeals are successful and if you read this thread from the beginning, you can see most of them were succeeded and i'll give you a link of canlii which the cases done with cic and you can go through those and get knowledge of the way you should ready with and also...

in your refusal letter they have mentioned the section number which you were refused under... so, what is that number? then i can help you

send the proofs of income for part time (monthly) job offer letter make rough hours for a month (maximum) and the income for it (i did the same for my husband's income for part time & for over time)
