I know this forum is all over the place with so many different questions lol but I just wanted to check up with something: I sent the VO some documents they requested and based on the tracking information the package arrived yesterday. How does the VO confirm the receipt of the documents?

Well for 1 it's the enormous number of applications they're dealing with but also the slow down does have to do something with all the fraud that's happening...
