I think the answer that I posted are correct. Looks like the questions I doubted about are those that are wrong. Also, I think there are 2 different versions of listening.

As far as I know, at least 2 people should assess speaking and writing. But they all might be biased and have their own interpretations of marking criteria. Also, maybe in India it’s harder because more candidates take IELTS tests and the bar is raised?

If the standard marking scheme is used, then - Listening requires at least 35 correct answers for 8 band - Reading requires 34 correct answers for 7 band But I also found somewhere online that the scale might slightly vary depending on the difficulty of the test. If BC says the test is easy...

Yes. You can start looking at questions once they say “now turn to section 1”. After that you can do what ever you want with question booklet. So, at the exam you can move on and read questions from the next section. But in my case there was always one questions that I missed in 1-10, 11-20...

As far as I know, taxi was mentioned in the text, but this is not what we were supposed to answer. Taxi is provided only under certain conditions, like: this is not a regular overtime, there is no public transport available... So, as far as I remember, we had to put “public transport” in the blank.
