Congrats... Take ur passport alongwith two photocopies of its front and back pages... also take 2 passport size photographs... (may be 4 im nt sure)... good hospitals will click ur photo inside the hospital... and ofcourse printout of remed request.... Members may add some more info...

Well it seems complete data... only 5 applicants of September... but u hv huge number of applicants April, May, June, July and August... so u hv to wait some more time... Even i was hoping for March... but now after seeing this data... i think May applican't won't hear before May... ???
