Sorry to hear it. May be you can try and get an HRSDC approval for your job offer and then you would not have to worry about the CAP limits any more.

Dear All, CIC only did update data on their website once. According to them they have received total of 65 applications. Does anyone has any idea, is this the number of applications received or the number of application approved for immigration? Please share your thoughts.

Can someone tell how long does it generally takes to hear any sort of response (confirmation that your application has been received) from canadian immigration office, after your application is delivered to them? or does one has to solely rely on the confimration of delivery from the courier...
