I wrote them twice and received 2 replies. But the reason wasn't status of application. Yes bobel is right probably I'll get the same standart reply but my email will be at least read and added to my file. I will poke them on each update. I hope it won't be necessary actually :) We could ask...

Bucharest has no average time unfortunately... The situation is getting worse... They have finished all the old Quebec applications, so there isn't pending ones anymore. PNP applicants are waiting, FSW applicants are waiting and we don't know what is going on... ::) I am eagerly waiting for...

It is a global change a lot of people from different VO reporting it...Bucharest VO either, me too. So it is nothing special, just a routine update of CIC. According to my gcms notes this is the date when my file was opened in CIO. I hope Bucharest will start soon to work on FSW!

Every VO did this change. I think it is global from CIC. For those whose SLU is backdated the PER, there is no change. For those with SLU after the PER it becomes now uniform to the backworders :) For exemple: on 26th of Aug my SLU appeared with date 01.04 2015. According to my gcms notes that...

Fsasamir, I thought the same. There is no activity on Bucharest visa office regarding the fswp2014 since April. The last months they have worked with older Quebec applicants. But it seems that they have finished the session and now i have the same fear as yours... we can wait forever ...
