If your present NOI expires before OINP opens the stream again then I guess you have to wait for them to send you a new NOI.

Relax, I am still in assessment since July 26th. Still patiently waiting for my status to change atleast to DIP.

You can work but technically speaking that is illegal here in UAE, they do not provide labor contract for such cases.

I am not an expert when it comes to labor law in UAE but I believe it is illegal to with student visa as well as husband visa since you are not legally registered under the company you are working with.

Patience is the key. We just have to be patient as there is no other way around this than waiting :) and also be positive.

What if the bank does not provide you with exactly the same as required by IRCC. I am in the same situation as my bank does not provide other details besides the account name and number and the current balance at the time.

Yeah but before you get nomination you have to maintain 400 CRS score.

I think he means your initial CRS score before nomination. If it drops below 400 then you will be rejected as the minimum for OINP is 400.

Just ignore the error, as there was someone who stated before that it was a bug in the system. I believe almost all of us faced the same issue.

You NOI is valid for 6 months. Unfortunately no one knows when they will resume to accept applications. You just have to keep an eye on the updates they provide through their website.

Did you contact them for the refund or are you just plain waiting for them to automatically refund you? What I did with mine before, after I ordered the copies I contacted them telling that I am claiming for a refund. I got the refund after 5 days of waiting
