As far as I know, yes it is valid, and I know people who used it in 2014 to come back to US. In fact, I am waiting for my passports and planning to AVR to come back to usa after landing. I see no problem with it. But waiting for more comments from people who have actually used it.

Could anyone share the Canada Post Tracking status updates. My tracker shows 'item processed : Ottawa' Not sure whats going on. Thats it, no change.
