He call the AINP officer because that officer take over his application, it is in process, he can follow up information for his case,but your application may still lie in somewhere in office cover dust. you don't know which officer will take care of your case and when ! just relax, 9 month is...

they will just mail certificate or they may let you know by email first ! may I ask you for what document they required ? I didn't hear anyone get certificate under food service industry for a while !
