You must submit the degree copy along with WES ECA....the transcripts are optional(see the 'if available' line in the docs check list....13th requirement) anyways you can send the four years mark sheets copies (total 4) to be on safe side....hope that helps....

I'hv done with the team lead's letter for duties....the office no. and company email are given....if they call here in India during their working hours it will be the end of working hours here....how's that going to help or cause problems..??

I don't think CIC would be expecting us to send the duties exactly as mentioned in the website...moreover I think the exact matching would cause suspicion at CIC....only key words like design, development, research, project management etc. in related field needs to be highlighted in the duties...
