One more thing for my detail shall i write residing at canada address or india address so that later on they dont say how did u sign in front of notary as you were in canada ? Or it doesnot matter ?

Ok i think best way would be my father signing and then sending me a scanned copy i will print sign and upload it again. Also he just check with notaries, they said they dont have non judicial paper but they have judicial paper. Would that be fine ?

Hi Legalfalcon, Thanx for clarification i am still bit confused about donees signature as in same place it says i have to sign as well ? so if donor alone sign would that be fine ?
