If my SSC/HSSC board is FBISE. What is the process?

Can you tell me what is Inter Board and IBCC? Correct me if I am wrong but aren't they same thing?

Marksheets for SSC ( when you finish10th) and HSSC ( when you finish 12th) Certificates for SSC ( when you finish10th) and HSSC ( when you finish 12th) Because the score for 9th and 11th are combined anyway with 10th and 12th respectively

Thank you Abid and Wajid for the quick reply. I have read on the HEC website that HEC doesn't send the documents to WES themselves. Which means I have to go there get the photocopies attested and than ask them to help me with a seal envelope with a stamp/seal and than I myself can courier it...

Thank you FurqanM for the detail answer. The issue is I dont have anyone (reliable) to get my work done from HEC. Is there any other way to get it done? May be from a courier company or if there are any companies who can help in "attesting photocopies" ? Secondly I want to ask is it important...

Did the problem resolve? Is it important to get the degrees attested again from HEC ? Can you explain if HEC attestation expires?
