I received the first email on Dec 16th. My credentials came just today, Jan 06. My Aor is March 14.

Same thing happened to me! Got an email on the 16 of December, replied on the same day. Then they never sent my credentials. Yesterday I got a second email asking same thing. It doesn’t make sense. Here is Etobicoke office. Please let me know after you call tomorrow. Thanks

My representative got a second email asking for the information. Even though we already sent everything. So we sent again.

Maybe that’s why is delaying right? I never thought about it. But we are two applicants, me and my husband. I sent one email with all the information from my personal email, my husband also sent an email with all the info from his email. None of us had a reply. I’m hoping tomorrow. Let’s keep...
