No emails yet,after the email stating that it was transferred to manila visa office. How many months do I need to wait until dm??

I am also march applicant, i sent my schedule a form tru webform on march 31, 2017.. But then on july 6, I sent it to mail. Then august 7, it was transferred to manila visa office. I should have sent it to mail since march 31,. :(
