    Yes they need to hit atleast 439 this time. Then only will we see those numbers coming down. Otherwise below 440 looks like next to impossible.

    There is a high possibility that the score will come down to 440 and you will qualify. However looking at the last draw nothing can be said for sure....

    Sorry to say but chances are very slim unless something miraculous happens...rather than waiting would sugest to increase score like improved iets score or french skill.

    You need to get it evaluated from WES/IQAS. If they say it is valid and recognised then you can claim points for "Two or more degrees" option in CRS calculator.
