Will as I mention earlier I applied in July 2015 , I got my AOR in Sep , Start Processing in Oct 2015, and although I received my RPRF request a few days ago, I have yet to receive my MR, and I am with the ADVO. hopefully, we all receive good news soon.

My friend, I applied in July 2015 , I got my AOR in Sep , Start Processing in Oct 2015, and although I received my RPRF a few days ago, I have yet to receive my MR, and yes I am with the ADVO. I suggest you wait for a little while, Hopefully, we all get good news soon.

The 2017 plan would be realised in November, IRCC will be occupied by the refugee's cases until November as well & as far as we know 2016 Quota are already filled. what make you think that they will begin issue requests by next week? if you had any info? please share.
