Your scores will not drop, you'll become ineligible. You should update your profile with a valid IELTS to remain in the pool.

The required date is the date written on your ECA result and not your application date. I'll advice you don't take any action until you receive your ECA and update your profile with the correct date and number.

I won't fully agree with you on this. With the newly introduced 30 points for French and 15 for candidates with siblings, nobody knows what's coming next.

No, I didn't. But when I logged into my profile, she updated score was reflected.

Mine was updated within 2 minutes of including my husband's IELTS. I've heard people say they've had to wait 24 hours though.
