One more question guys... I'm applying on the basis of familial relationship of my wife's cousin who is Manitoba's permanent resident. However, the birth certificate of cousin's mother in the field parents does not have patronomic (father's name) while my wife's mother's birth certificate...

Looks like MPNP is processing applications from Draw#14, so there is a hope that Draw#15 might next in line. Hang in there guys! These processing times are really frustrating. Application received status pending since June 2016.
