Does anyone know from which date does the countdown for PGWP begins. Is it the day it was applied or the day it got sanctioned by IRCC? The one who already received it may wanna revert! Thanks :)

The course i failed is still mentioned on my transcript but my college didnt mention its credits and because of that it shows 8credits in that particular semester. What shall I do now? Any suggestions?
