hello to everyone! tdy I got an email from Buharest, Romania visa office . They let me know that my file was transfer and now i have new file number. During 2 months i should send them new list of my documents. I'm really glad to hear some good news. gd luck to everyone!

These processing times only apply to the federal part of the processing (at the visa office) once they have received the complete application. It does not include the time it takes for the province of Quebec to process the Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ).

They started processing my application on December 12, 2010.in Syria. Later they transferred my application to the Beirut office on February 22, 2012. I'm still waiting for medical exam, no news...no info... :'(
