In loe i explained all fds belong to one account and that is mine..i did not specifically insist that its as good as cash and can be liquidated any time as i thought cic should be aware of it

Hi guys..went throught the current few comments for pof rr..i have already raised 1 cse and uploaded loe with bank certificate and fd receipts..do you suggest if i should take some precautionery action looking on the rejection trend for pof and again raise one more cse for pof rr? Experts @tobs...

Yes i do have RR..also its about POF..and even i have shown Pof in form of Fds..that is why @Petra2019 case was alarming and at the same time shocking too..i have uploaded loe but before 15 days when i called cic, there was no movement in my file

Exactly..also fd investment is the safest way of investment and can be liquidated any time

@tobs, @cansha, @Prashant86_2000 arent they suppose to send some kind of letter first showing their intention for rejection and the applicant gets 1 week chance to explain their side?

Finally I was able to reach Cic, only to know that nothing has changed on my file..even though i addressed their concern about POF, review required is still not moved..the agent did not reply any of answer with specific answer..all his answers were generic..i asked same question in different...

They are on strike only for june folks..

After waiting for 20 mins on phone and pressing many 1's and 2's they said that currently there is highly volume of calls and i can't be connected..tried again but same answer.. I think i should get a tourist visa for canada, go to ottawa office and handover them my file personally..may be then...
