Status is same here...except the processing started date is May 29, 2012.

my ECAS status was last updated on May 2012...with the following message..."Your Application was recevied and we started processsing on May 29, 2012" and I wasnt able to access since June 5. After the service got restored, I did not get any letter nor my status changed at ECAS web site.

I am NOC 0213...my ECAS was down for about 5 days...and then the service got resumed since June 10, 2012.
