Yes, that's right. 110 days is the new average for normal requests. It was 100 days few weeks before.

Yes, asked on Dec 12th and paid and uploaded on Dec 13th. It moved to NA on the next day.

How How did you get to know the VO?

I had tried for US H1B1 Visa during 2009 through my first employer from Chennai Consulate. It was rejected by them stating I don't have enough experience. I do have any materialistic evidence for this and hence just updated the statutory field with this information. hope they will consider this.
