Has anyone of you guys oredered GCMS notes ? I am thinking to order these notes next week when application becomes 2 months old since AOR (7-October-2016) . Would my application contain enough notes at that time ? Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks

There is no alert. You have to check SINP website everyday and be ready to submit your application immediately. I was checking SINP website everyday for more than 2 months and once they opened I was able to submit my application instantly.

I know it is closed now , it may open next month or in Jan 2017. You have to prepare all the required documents and have your account ready then submit your application whenever the application intake opens.

Nope. All US PCC issued by FBI have the same statement which is pretty standard. This PCC should be enough for CIC.
