Absolutely correct. They split 1122 in two NOC 1122 and 1123 for marketing and advertising.

This time there will be very major change come. And this time other occupations will get chance. Capping will also increased by 500. Same as 2010 to 2011 MI-2.

New occupation list is announce on 1st July 2012. May be this time there is major changes come in occupation list. So wait for July 1st 2012. I hope this time NOC 1123 will come in new occupation list. Best of Luck.

NOC 1122 has changed for Marketing and advertising persons. Now it's NOC 1123 for them. If 1122 NOC reopen than marketing and advertising person can not apply b'coz they don't fall in NOC 1122. Please check your job title in HRDC site. This is new NOC 1123 for marketing and Advertising...

They change the NOC. Now I fall in 1123 NOC as an Advertising Account Executive. Very smart move by CIC. Now I think I am not fall in 2012 list. Bad news for me. Thanks bro for information. It's very helpful to me and others. All the best

On 1st july 2012 is sunday and on 2nd july 2012 is holiday for Canada day. So from 3rd July 2012 CIC will accept applications. And this time there is only point 1 % chance for every one to make cap. Last year in 5 days cap reached. This time in one day cap reached my friend. All the best.
