Hi , Need help. O tried to call ircc. When they said about option like application number starts with press 1 2 3 but options are not audible at all. Could u plz suggest which option to be choose. Did u guys face this problem ?

Hi, Even my passport expires at Nov 2018. I have not received any emails so far. Should I renew passport now without waiting for their email. But my concern is, how do we notify them to consider new passport . Now a days we are not getting response to any of our emails . Please advice.
