As long as u have the above mentioned documents specifically ROE and T4 u r good, u can also submit NOA from CRA too. Year dosen't matter just make sure its for the year u r acquiring the CRS SCORES

The only possible way is to call them. They are not updating for CEC. Most probably we will see ppl with March (1 to 15) aor getting COPR in May but not everyone.

Did someone in March 2021 received COPR just curious
