I have sent mine 2 weeks ago and i received confirmation that my visa office received it. I will call cic to confirm

I just called cic this morning and the agent said the reason they sent twice is because the 1st MR was blank so they closed it and sent a new MR, in my case the agent said she will re-open the 1st MR and will forward a note to my visa office because it seems like my visa office did not received...

how did u apply for aipp? did you just apply through job bank or is there any website to submit resume?

it will be two different IME, what i did is I called the clinic I informed them but unfortunately they cannot send the report to new IME. So I called cic and one of the agent advice me upload the medical report through webform and put all the details that I had received 2 MR. after long weekend...

I upload my Medical Report from clinic to CIC Web Form, how long does it takes for cic officer/Visa Office to notice or receive it? i'm bit worried because the MR expires on March 28.

I am trying to call cic 18882422100 but i couldn't reach them just voice prompted. I am also thinking since my dependent were not yet done with her medical so my cic account would not show "Submitted" ?

I have talked with the clinic just now and they said they cannot update the IME no. on my file since it was submitted already. I guess I will just have to try to contact CIC eventhough I it's really hard to get a hold of them.
