Can someone clarify the LMIA that can be used for PR and LMIA only for TWP? I obtained my TWP after obtaining LMIA..does it mean that I cannot use it for my PR?? when I submitted my PR application, I did get the 600 points from LMIA..Does it mean I should not have gotten the points?

If you applied under CEC, you do not need to keep the funds available. This is one of the major difference between FSW and CEC.

yes I have to upload the document in the document checklist. They created a new item at the bottom for me to upload the language test. Now, I would be curious to know if for other applicants they were asked to upload the language test proof at the time of the application submission, or later...

In my document checklist I was not asked to include a proof of my language test result.. I think rejection would only occur when the applicant did not provide a required document listed in the document checklist.
