    Realistically i believe there are around 800 - 1000 ppl with 459+... so the points drop is obvious... (Unless as i previously stated the draws are in and around 1500), which is highly unlikely looking at the trend

    I did my medicals in India... and did not have any status at that time related to Canada. So i imagine "Worker" will not suit me... But "IME: EDE" this i have been hearing should be "Non-EDE"...

    HI i have recently given my medicals and it is stated on the papers given as, IME: EDE Upfront Medical Type: Family - EDE Is this good enough for express entry? Since i have been hearing it should be NON-EDE, not sure which is right?

    You can proceed with your application . you don;t have to decline it , i have confirmed with CIC themselves and they said EE offers you points and sends you an ITA only if you are eligible .i.e EE counts number of hours per year if you your hours of work qualifies their work experience...
