Via GCKey - the online portal that you get updates on? It has a messaging system. It sends an email just to say you have a message, then you log into GCKey and it’s waiting for you to read. Are you registered on GCKey? (IRCC refer to it as ‘linked your account/application online.’)

I did the expedited service - it took 2 days. I uploaded all my docs last Friday (12th July). I'd be interested to see if uploading them sooner than later makes ANY difference to the processing time! ;)
