yeah you are right. they are yet to make a decision. But you will when they provide biometric confirmation letter usually after few days the make decision. Based on the other candidates post and past experiences. Anyway sometimes it may take longer than usual. Hope for the best.

Then I misunderstood you. From GC Key you can get the fastest decision. So you need to wait not for their decision. What I tried to say once IRCC provide biometric confirmation from that day it usually takes 3-4 working days max to make a decision. It may vary on case by case.

He has got biometric letters and then file dispatched from Singapore to Dhaka vfs that means visa decision made. He didn't say file dispatched from Dhaka to Singapoore. As biometric confirmation letter provided means decision made.

You can check your visa decision online using GC Key. If you dont have an online account wait for the envelope you recieve from VFS. Your decision has been made. Hope for the best. Good luck.

You should've chose University level Masters program. Not college certificate thats because it is Graduate Level program not just college certificate program. College Certificate is completely different. I hope you get it. Thanks.
