Asking additional documents seems always positive. If you were not eligible they didn't need to ask additional supporting documents. They found your profile is eligible so they are now asking to finalize their decisions. Good luck.

I have ordered GCMS notes before getting the AIP for my client. But the funny thing is I got email from IRCC with AIP confirmation (actually webform reply where they mentioned his visa is approved in principal) on email and GCMS notes both arrived on the same day. So it didn't mean anything much...

So far I have heard from few people from last week Friday to Monday (today) more than 10-20 (from multiple sourses in Dhaka) visa refusals. So I'm assuming many more has been refused. SAD :/
