I came here in Canada under the Live In caregiver program last October 2012. Now I got laid off in my work as they don't need a nanny anymore because the kids are full time in school already. Is possible to to apply in other job with LMO like working in tim Hortons or mcdonalds??

Is it true that if you use a immigration lawyer in applying a temporary working permit like under the live in caregiver program, the processing will be more faster? Is anyone of you experienced this? Pls share.. Thank you

Dun po sa friend ko na nandyan din sa Norway, nag apply sya dito, kso na denied po kc di inaccept ung work nia as aupair, and wala syang cert ng caregiver and di rin nursing grad. Di ko sure kung meron ng nakapunta dito na aupair lng ang experience

When we applied LMO, it took 8 weeks.. And after receiving all the documents from my employer, the processing time in UK took 7 months.

I'm BSN grad in Philippines, but I have experience as aupair in Denmark and Norway for 3 years. I think you don't need to have 6mons training because you are BSN grad, im not sure though
