4 question: REapply for study permit

Your answers depend on the specific reason your last application was rejected. Success rate is pretty decent for those who had areas they could improve on (e.g. finances or ties to home country) But if you were rejected for reasons such as travel history, then you might face a lot of problems...

Applying from a Different country rather than country of nationality

BDTIGER, don't worry, I have heard/known quiet a few people who applied out of their country of nationality and were issued a study permit. You just have to show more than sufficient funds, and explain what you are doing the your current country of resident. A well-written SOP can really help...

URGENT REPLY NEEDED : MBA without GMAT or GRE ??

Visa chances depend more upon your application to CHC rather than which university accepts you. As long as you avoid colleges and go for universities, your visa chances improve (slightly). As for your other question, I would not recommend going for a MBA w/o GMAT. If your willing to invest all...

Best way of carrying money to Canada......?

You have to declare anything over 10,000 CAD. Carrying something like 2-5K CAD would be the best way to save on costs, and have the time to check out your banking options in Canada before opening an account.

    if a parent sponsoring...

up to you. i don't think it changes your case much. If your father is willing to sponsor you, include an affidavit from him stating this, his employment letter and his bank statements over four months. good luck.

can i get visa on conditional admission ? please read the conditions first

Since you have already sent your documents, ask for another admission letter. This way, at least condition 1 will be removed. As for condition 2, I've seen people on this forum get visa who had to complete english courses. Good luck.

    Employment letter necessary?

I did internships at multiple places. I CAN get letters from those places (although it'll be a pain) but the thing is having so many internships letters will make the VO think that I had issues finding work in the country (which is kind of true) and I'm just running off to Canada cuz I could not...
