Many Congz for your PR sooner or later you will get to next step...Your are lucky to get CSE response so quick...I sent CSE on Jan 2nd and still waiting to hear back as I would like to add my new born Baby in my AIPP application.

Well I send copy of my original marriage certificate and then translated verison of marriage certificate which was also notarized.... to my understanding you done same right??? Why there is an issue??? is that was the reason for returning your file???

5 working days has been past since I sent the CSE I hope I will get reply soon .

Well I donot think so you will have to pay it all over again. Letter of explanation inside your returned application will explain you every thing. Donot worry just wait for application and then prepare it again and send them again ASAP. You will be fine.

Yes I have every thing done at my end like Passports, Birth Certificate and other docs. All i am waiting for is further instructions from them. Do they ask you to perfom baby medicals and pay fees at same time when they reply to your query over webform?

First of all you should notify IRCC about your right address in UAE as quickly as possible. Postage time really depends on kind of service IRCC use they may send it through regular mail or may use express courier. You should ask them over email about delivery times as well.

To the best of my knowledge your application must be incomplete or not completed properly thats why IRCC is going to return to you.
