You mean you physically went to the Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabi or did you get it from VFS?

I used the Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number and date of birth as well as the names if I remember correctly. My mom's visa application was rejected twice and both rejection letters had the same UCI number printed on them. So I used the same and somehow the application got linked.

The message implies that your documents are still under process at the Canadian embassy at Abu Dhabi. When the application has been processed and either approved or rejected, you will see a message that says something like "documents are being dispatched via the courier partner" or something...
