    I only have 99 points now. But Skilled Worker is 95 for a guaranteed invitation.

    Double check with an agent but I think it should count for skilled worker. If you have two years I would go for skilled worker

    Thanks for the reply. I am in a weird spot. I work for a municipality in B.C. as an Engineering Tech. I would have two years exp this month. My visa expires in July though. I only have a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from NAIT in Edmonton.

    Honestly might be best to speak to a lawyer, but from what I understand the NOC code has to be the same or higher.
