Just wanted a clarification on 13 months or 18 months , as my wife who is a PR in Canada applied the file from Canada , and then It has come to India for further processing , will the processing time be 18 months or 13 months as she applied from Canada?

I am from India and my file.has come to Delhi for further processing..but then why do they say its different whsn u apply from Canada and India?
