    No,if you travel after submitting your app, you don't have to inform them.Same for PCC, no need to provide it.

    Yes,usually the BG status of the applicants from US/Canada changes from : NN>IP>NN>IP>PPR.

    No, unfortunately EE applicants can not use Ecas .The only way to check uptates is through your CIC account.If your status changes, you will "generally" receive a msg in your mailbox.

    Some applicants receive an email( generally 24 hours after the status changes), others don't :'(, so you must check your CIC account regularly
