It happened to me.. i send it tru email.. but they cannot view it because more than 5mb. what I did is print it and fax it to them much easier and faster and after I send the hard copy Tru mail.. so they will received it for sure

finally my ecas turned dm today. 3days after got ppr

my friend same issue with you. she did call ainp. they no more number of dependents on the certificate. u just have to add ur depemdents when applying to cic. they alreafy send those mumber directly to cic.thats the new certificates now hope it helps.

guys.. it will come very soon. im checking my ecas evryday and my email.. i did check it around 6pm so i thought ill wait for tom. but goodnews.. got ppr email.. ecas still ip though.. more patience.. it will come very very sooon.
