does anybody know when NDVO put next BFD on file , do they count only working days or all the days including weekends and holidays?

did u do any inquiry ?as processing time of 13 mnths is over.

I sent them an email 2 weeks ago but no reply till now , my medicals also expired , m scared now if they ask for remedical again they will put my file in waiting. I dont know If somebody can suggest us any other way of letting them know to clear our files. seriously they are ignoring us now.

No i was planning to apply but my lawyer asked to wait for couple of days more . I ll wait for few more days and then i ll apply for sure.

Adr requested -20 may 2014 Adr sent -29 may 2014 Adr recieved at ndvo - 2 june 2014 Deadline was 30 days

They asked for wedding photos though i attached them wen i filed my aaplication but no remedical req and no idea about interview

M waiting since 6 weeks still no updates . Seriously m getting so stressed out now.God knows when they will touch my file?

I also submitted all the photos when i filed my application.I dont know y Ndvo asked for photos again as additional request. I should have invited visa officers in my wedding lol. But anyways still havent heard anything from them its been more than a mnth since I submitted adr. This is 11th mnth...

Same in my case. m aug 16 2013 applicant .they requested additional documents on may 20. 2014 , delivered at NDVO on june 2, 2014 . time frame to send additional documents was 30 days but yet no response , medicals expired in may 2014. Mp declined to inquire coz case is within processing time. :(

I think they forgot about my file.m pretty sure now.

My medical expired on 12 may 2014 but still no req for remedical, but they requested additonal info on may 18 , 2014 but not medicals and I m aug applicant. No email, no letter nothing till now :-X
