Reply to the medical request email and attach medical information sheet provided by the doctor. CC Ottawa office ( cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca ) on the email. Don't forget to include your application number, application type (PR CEC), date of birth, and UCI in the email. Hope this helps.

You can go for upfront medicals for CEC. Some panel physicians won't let you do it but most of them don't care. Panel physicians can search CIC's eMedical database with your UCI/Passport Number to see if there is a medical file in CIC database for you. If they don't find any records, they...

I did upfront medicals and file went for second review because of LOE duties were similar to HRSDC website. Only two lines on ECAS indicating application and medicals received. Any idea when are they going to review our files?
