I guess it's site maintenance date not cap update becoz, I remember CIC updates the cap every monday night and it will be Tuesday IST morning hours. Probably, the cap will be updated tonight. Lets C :)

Don't mail CIC multiple times. It takes over 3-4 weeks for a reply from CIC. Prompting for multiple number of times regarding status is not a good idea. It irritates them. Can't suggest you more than to wait at this moment.
